My Background
As a dedicated transformational life learner, on a journey home, my passion lies in empowering women to uncover their innate potential and navigate life's challenges with resilience and confidence through personal discovery, interactive workshops, masterclasses and soul tribe connections.
My approach blends the mind/body/soul triangle with shadow work, reflective writing, honesty and self compassion. I have been creating supportive spaces for others to explore their unique journeys of self-discovery, personal growth and to feel loved and supported, for decades.
Through tailored guidance, personal passion, compassionate support, and practical resources, you will be supported as you move towards self-discovery and personal growth.
Our Approach
My approach to supportive mentoring is rooted in my personal experiences, unapologetic honesty, a holistic mindset (mind, body, spirit), mindfulness, trauma awareness, spiritual intuition and Divine guidance from my Spirit team. There is ABSOLUTELY NO separation between God and you.
With a supportive circle and lot's of curated resources, the process of self-discovery can be deeply empowering and restorative.
